About the Role

We are looking for organized and dependable individuals to join our team as Recruiting Coordinators. This is an entry-level-friendly opportunity for candidates interested in recruitment, administration, or people-focused work. Previous recruiting experience is not required, and training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day recruiting and coordination tasks
• Help organize candidate information and recruitment records
• Coordinate interview schedules and follow-ups
• Communicate with candidates regarding basic recruitment updates
• Maintain accurate candidate data and documentation
• Support recruiters with administrative tasks
• Follow established procedures and complete assigned tasks on time

Requirements

• Currently based in the United States
• No prior recruiting experience required
• Basic computer and internet skills
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Able to follow instructions and work independently
• Reliable, responsible, and willing to learn
• Previous administrative or customer service experience is a plus
