About the Role

Fortune Select Global, Gurgaon is seeking an Apprentice Bakery for a full-time, on-site position in Delhi, India. This role offers an opportunity to support the bakery team in preparing breads, pastries, and desserts under the guidance of senior bakers and chefs.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the bakery team in preparing breads, pastries, and desserts.
• Measure and mix ingredients accurately.
• Assist with dough preparation.
• Operate basic bakery equipment.
• Follow standardized recipes and hygiene procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness in the bakery area.
• Organize supplies.
• Assist with product display and replenishment.
• Learn professional baking techniques, food safety standards, and hotel kitchen operations.
• Contribute to consistent quality and timely service for guests.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Foundational interest in baking, pastry, and bakery operations.
• Willingness to learn and follow professional techniques.
• Basic knowledge of kitchen hygiene, food safety practices, and safe handling of ingredients and equipment.
• Ability to follow instructions, recipes, and standard operating procedures with attention to detail and consistency.
• Strong teamwork, time management, and organizational skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Customer-focused mindset.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle routine bakery tasks safely.

Formal culinary or bakery training, certification, or relevant internship experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
