Demo-ops Intern

About the Role

BrightCHAMPS is seeking a proactive and organized Demo-Ops Intern to support the smooth coordination and execution of demo classes.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle teacher and customer tele-calling for demo class coordination and follow-ups.
• Coordinate and schedule demo classes based on teacher and customer availability.
• Manage email communication with teachers and customers regarding demo schedules, confirmations, and changes.
• Handle chat-based queries and ticket-related processes for demo class coordination.
• Track demo schedules, attendance, cancellations, and rescheduling requests.
• Follow up on missed or unattended demos and coordinate alternative slots.
• Maintain trackers and update demo-related operational data accurately.
• Coordinate with teachers and internal teams to ensure the smooth execution of demo classes.
• Support day-to-day Demo Operations, Teacher Operations, and Academy Operations activities.
• Follow defined SOPs and ensure timely closure of assigned tasks.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets.
• Ability to handle calls, emails, chats, and tickets professionally.
• Good organizational and coordination skills.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work within timelines.
• Ability to follow SOPs and maintain accurate operational records.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
