• Communicate with candidates and explain job opportunities
• Screen candidates based on skills, experience, and job requirements
• Maintain candidate information and recruitment records
• Coordinate with internal teams throughout the recruitment process
• Learn and follow US Healthcare staffing and recruitment processes
