Key Responsibilities

• Create and refine visual assets for digital channels, including websites, landing pages, email templates, and marketing materials aligned with brand guidelines.
• Design user-friendly web layouts.
• Produce graphics and illustrations.
• Optimize images for performance.
• Ensure responsive design across devices and browsers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate project requirements into clear visual concepts.
• Support front-end implementation.
• Maintain consistency in design standards.
• Assist in updating existing digital assets.
• Conduct basic usability reviews.
• Prepare files for development and publication.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Web Design and Responsive Web Design skills.
• Proficiency in Graphic Design and creating digital graphics for web, social media, and marketing collateral.
• Basic to intermediate Front-End Development skills (HTML, CSS, and optionally JavaScript).
• Experience with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, Sketch, or similar).
• Good understanding of UX/UI principles.
• Ability to interpret technical and clinical project requirements into clear, professional visual communication.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Strong time management.
• Capability to work in a hybrid environment.
