About the Role

The Digital Content Creator - Trainee is a full-time, remote position based anywhere in India. This role is designed for individuals eager to build foundational skills in digital content creation within a supportive, learning-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, creating, and publishing digital content across social media, websites, and other online platforms.
• Brainstorm content ideas with the team.
• Support basic graphic or video creation.
• Draft captions and short-form copy.
• Help schedule and monitor posts.
• Learn to analyze content performance.
• Gather insights.
• Collaborate with senior team members to improve digital campaigns.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Foundational understanding of social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube) and interest in trends and digital storytelling.
• Basic skills or strong interest in content creation tools (such as Canva, simple video editors, or image editing software).
• Ability to write clear, engaging short-form content (captions, posts, simple blog entries) with attention to grammar and tone.
• Strong willingness to learn digital marketing concepts, content planning, and analytics.
• Good communication, time management, and collaborative skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setup (Noida office and remote).

Qualifications

• Educational background in any discipline.
• Coursework or training in media, communications, marketing, or design is an advantage.
• Prior internship or project experience in digital content, social media, or design is beneficial but not mandatory.
