About the Role
Bosch USA is offering a summer internship opportunity for an ERP/IT Intern. This role provides hands-on experience within the ERP system at HydraForce, a Bosch Rexroth company.
Internship Dates: June 2, 2027 - August 6, 2027
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with daily support and maintenance of the ERP system.
- Help enter, review, update, and validate data within the system.
- Assist with identifying and correcting data issues.
- Support ERP system testing, upgrades, and improvement projects.
- Help create and update procedures, work instructions, and training materials.
- Assist with reports and data analysis.
- Work with different departments to understand business processes and system needs.
- Help troubleshoot basic system or user issues and escalate concerns when needed.
- Participate in meetings related to ERP projects and system improvements.
- Support special projects and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, or Computer Science.
- Strong interest in ERP systems, technology, and business processes.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn new systems and processes.
- Previous experience with an ERP system (e.g., SAP) is a plus, but not required.
Additional Information
- US base hourly range: $18 - $24 (depending on credits accumulated for undergraduate students).
- Indefinite U.S. work authorized individuals only. Future sponsorship for work authorization unavailable.
