About the Role

CRL MEDIA LLC is a public relations and multicultural advertising agency seeking a Marketing and Communications Intern. This is an internship position based in West Palm Beach, FL, with a hybrid work arrangement.

Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day activities in PR and marketing campaigns.
• Draft social media posts and basic press materials.
• Coordinate media outreach and event promotion.
• Research media outlets and influencers.
• Compile coverage reports.
• Update contact lists.
• Contribute ideas for multicultural and bilingual marketing efforts.
• Assist with basic content creation for digital channels.
• Attend events, take pictures/videos.
• Monitor campaign performance.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, engaging messages for different audiences.
• Interest or coursework in marketing, communications, public relations, advertising, or a related field.
• Good understanding of social media platforms, digital marketing concepts, and content creation tools.
• Research and organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Comfort working in a multicultural environment.
• Bilingual Spanish/English proficiency is a plus but not required.
• Proficiency with standard office software (e.g., Google Workspace or Microsoft Office) and willingness to learn new tools.
• Collaborative mindset, professionalism, and openness to feedback in a fast-paced agency setting.
• Availability to work on-site in West Palm Beach, FL on designated days within a hybrid schedule.
