About the Role

Auk Urban is looking for a full-time, on-site Social Media Content Creator in New Delhi. This role involves planning, shooting, creating, and publishing daily content for multiple brands and accounts, adapting creative style to match each brand's unique voice, audience, and goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, shoot, and edit engaging social media content (Reels, short-form videos, stories, static posts, and carousels) across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
• Manage and create content for multiple brands and diverse client accounts, ensuring each brand maintains a distinct and consistent identity.
• Develop and manage content calendars across different accounts to ensure timely daily posting.
• Write catchy captions, hooks, and scripts tailored to different target audiences.
• Monitor social media trends, audio, and formats to create high-performing, viral-worthy content on-site.
• Track performance metrics and analytics across accounts to optimize future content strategies.
• Collaborate directly with the founder, marketing, and ads team on-site to align organic content with promotional campaigns.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Strong hands-on skills in mobile/camera shooting and video editing/design tools (e.g., CapCut, InShot, Premiere Pro, Canva, Adobe Suite).
• Strong understanding of social media algorithms, hooks, and audience engagement.
• Excellent time management and organization skills.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Social Media Content Creator, Video Editor, or similar role, ideally with experience handling multiple brand accounts.
• Ability to switch seamlessly between different brand voices and aesthetics.
• Must be available to work full-time, on-site in New Delhi.
