Key Responsibilities
- Find and reach out to community admins, organisers, and creators.
- Screen partner applications and schedule calls with the founder.
- Onboard selected partners and keep them engaged until launch.
- Coordinate partner activity on launch day.
- Track the partner pipeline and results.
Qualifications
- Comfortable reaching out to new contacts.
- Organised, able to follow up on time, and keep good records.
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Comfortable representing a dating app professionally.
- Active on Instagram, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp communities.
- Students and recent graduates are welcome.
