Platform Testing Intern

About the Role

Flexzistay is building the future of flexible hotel bookings and is looking for an intern to help ensure a seamless user experience as new features are shipped rapidly.

Key Responsibilities

• Test new features and user flows on the web/app platform.
• Validate the happy path and explore edge cases.
• Verify that forms, fields, bookings, and submissions function as expected.
• Report bugs clearly with screenshots/screen recordings to the tech team.
• Re-test fixes after engineering team updates.

Qualifications

• No coding or technical background required.
• Strong communication and attention to detail.
• Accountable, proactive, and takes ownership of assigned tasks.
• Prior experience in QA, product testing, or similar roles is preferred.
• Familiarity with optimizing website and app user experience is a plus.

What to Expect

• ~4-5 hours/day with flexible working hours.
