Tester III, Software Testing

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced E2E Tester with Facets expertise to support testing activities for healthcare payer applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for validating end-to-end business processes across Facets and integrated systems, ensuring the quality, accuracy, and reliability of healthcare operations including Membership, Claims, Provider, Billing, and Customer Service functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business and functional requirements related to Facets applications.
• Design and execute End-to-End test scenarios covering multiple business workflows.
• Prepare test cases, test scripts, test data, and traceability documentation.
• Validate Facets modules including Membership, Claims, Provider, Billing, and Customer Service.
• Perform System Integration Testing (SIT), End-to-End Testing (E2E), Regression Testing, and UAT support.
• Coordinate with Business Analysts, Developers, SMEs, and Test Leads for requirement clarification.
• Identify, log, track, and retest defects using defect management tools.
• Validate interfaces and integrations between Facets and downstream/upstream systems.
• Perform data validation and reconciliation activities.
• Participate in defect triage meetings and test status reporting.
• Support release validation and production deployment testing.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and healthcare business requirements.
