Marketing & Partnerships Associate

About the Project

We’re looking for a marketing and partnerships professional to help promote our book through meaningful partnerships and collaborations in the maternity, parenting, and baby space. You’ll connect with relevant brands, creators, and communities to introduce the book to expecting and new parents.

What You'll Do

• Identify potential partners across maternity and baby brands, parenting communities, and relevant creators.
• Develop and pitch collaboration ideas, including joint promotions, giveaways, events, and content partnerships.
• Manage outreach, follow-ups, and partner relationships.
• Coordinate agreed collaborations from planning through execution.
• Track outreach, partnership progress, and campaign results.

Who We're Looking For

• Experience in marketing, partnerships, influencer outreach, or brand collaborations.
• Strong written communication, pitching, and relationship-building skills.
• An interest in the maternity, baby, and parenting space; existing connections are a plus.
• Someone organised and proactive who can independently move conversations forward.
• Availability to work with us over the 3-month project.
