Development Intern

About the Role

The Development Intern role at TrustSphere Technologies is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The intern will support the software development team in designing, coding, testing, and debugging applications that power TrustSphere’s OneOps ERP, Cyber Risk, GRC and intelligence products. The role offers exposure to modern development practices, secure coding principles, and enterprise-grade software delivery in a cybersecurity-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement features under supervision.
• Write clean and maintainable code.
• Assist in integrating data sources and APIs.
• Contribute to documentation.
• Collaborate closely with the R&D and Product Development teams to refine requirements, troubleshoot issues, and improve system performance.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills to interpret requirements, work with complex data, and solve technical problems systematically.
• Solid Software Development and Programming skills, including experience with at least one modern programming language and familiarity with development frameworks or tools.
• Effective Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, document work clearly, and share progress.
• Basic Sales and business awareness skills to understand product value, user needs, and how technical features support customer outcomes.
• Ability to learn quickly, take initiative, and work ethically in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.

Additional Beneficial Qualifications

• Knowledge of cybersecurity or risk management concepts.
• Experience with version control (e.g., Git).
• Understanding of RESTful APIs.
• Exposure to cloud or data platforms.

Education

• Pursuing or having recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
