About the Role
HCLTech is hiring for WFM - Capacity Planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Works closely with the client workforce management team to determine demand, routing and staffing of agents.
- Provide regular reports on service level adherence, agent productivity, utilization, and attendance.
- Forecasting, Scheduling, and real-time workforce management.
- Long-term / Short-term planning to ensure adequate availability of resources as per requirement.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Immediate joiners preferred.
- WFM - Capacity Planning experience.
Qualifications
- Works closely with the client workforce management team.
Additional Details:
- Shift type: Flexible / US / Rotational.
- Cabs provided within 35km of range (both sides).
- Noted: No Noddle Points & No Travel reimbursement.
