Entry Level Civil/ Site Engineer

About the Role

VHB is looking for engineering graduates to join our Richmond office and launch your career with a dynamic and growing Land Development and Planning & Design team. In this role, you’ll collaborate with talented professionals across diverse disciplines, gaining exposure to a wide variety of projects in size and scope.

Key Responsibilities

• Work within a team of professionals in developing site civil engineering plans and specifications for a multitude of complex land development projects.
• Civil engineering design and permitting of residential, industrial, hospitality, institutional and commercial sites including grading and drainage, utilities, roadways and parking.
• Preparing plans and reports in support of State and local permitting.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• BS in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 0-1 years of engineering experience.
• AutoCAD, HydroCAD and StormCAD experience (preferred).
• Competent with Microsoft Office products.
