About the Role

The Marketing Intern will support the agency’s digital marketing and business development efforts in an on-site role based in Kanpur. This is an internship role designed to provide hands-on learning in a fast-paced digital environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with market research.
• Help execute marketing campaigns.
• Contribute to basic marketing strategy discussions.
• Help prepare presentations and proposals.
• Support sales and customer service activities.
• Participate in day-to-day coordination with internal teams.
• Draft simple marketing copy.
• Collect and analyze campaign data.
• Maintain documentation and reports.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills.
• Ability to conduct Market Research and contribute to Marketing Strategy discussions with basic analytical thinking.
• Interest in Sales activities and supporting outreach to potential clients.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and social media platforms.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks under guidance.
• Comfortable working on-site in Kanpur and collaborating in a team environment.
• Willingness to learn, adapt to feedback, and develop new skills.
