Certinal is a unified Consent & Compliance Platform that replaces paper-based consent, manual intake, and uncontrolled forms with a single, fully digital system built for enterprise organizations. It digitally captures patient consent, enables legally binding electronic signatures, and ensures compliance with major regulations including HIPAA, 21 CFR Part 11, SOC 2 Type II, and CMS-0053-F, while integrating directly with EHR systems like Epic and Oracle Cerner.

Position Overview

We are looking for Implementation Interns to support client implementations, working with Certinal’s implementation and privacy leads. You will travel to client sites to gather data using the structure and questionnaires we provide.

Key Responsibilities

• Travel to client sites to gather data using Certinal’s structure and questionnaires
• Meet client teams to complete the questionnaires accurately
• Document and organise the collected data in the formats provided
• Share the data with the implementation and privacy leads and follow up on gaps
• Support implementation activities as assigned

Skills & Experience

• Final-year student or recent graduate in Business or a Healthcare field
• Understanding of healthcare terminology
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Willingness to travel to client sites
• Attention to detail and structured documentation
• Working knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
• Interest in data privacy is a plus

Internship Details

• Location: Bengaluru, work from office
• Duration: 5-6 months
• Stipend: ₹20,000-30,000 per month
• Possibility of a pre-placement offer (PPO) based on performance
