About the Role
We're looking for an AI-first digital marketer who enjoys experimenting, creating campaigns, and generating actual business leads. You'll initially focus on performance marketing and gradually take ownership of content, social media, and overall marketing activities at Nexshift.ai.
What You'll Do
- Plan and run Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
- Create ad creatives, copies, banners, and promotional content.
- Generate and track business leads through digital campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance, cost per lead, and conversions.
- Manage social media content and explore organic marketing channels.
- Use AI tools to improve marketing productivity and creativity.
Qualifications
- Previous digital marketing internship experience, preferably in performance marketing.
- Basic understanding of Meta Ads, Google Ads, and Canva.
- Interest in content creation and lead generation.
- An AI-first mindset and willingness to experiment with new tools.
- A self-driven person who learns quickly and takes ownership.
How We Measure Success: Your primary KPI will be qualified leads generated, supported by campaign performance and cost per lead.
