Business Operations Analyst, Processor

About the Role

This role serves as a key point of contact for both external customers and internal teams, providing essential support to HQ and Sales Teams. The role plays a vital part in ensuring precise reporting, smooth payment integration and communication to internal stakeholders/partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee Partner account onboarding, manage product SKUs, and administer partner offerings.
• Processing of Market Development Funds (MDF) and Global Channel Incentive (GCI) claims, ensuring compliance with program guidelines and financial accuracy.
• Handle marketing budgets, fund allocations, fund requests with accuracy.
• Ensure seamless financial tracking, reporting, and billing processes.
• Serve as a key contact for external partners and internal HQ and Sales Teams.
• Provide assistance for Qualcomm’s Compute Channel Partners while fostering strong internal relationships with Sales/BD teams.
• Perform additional ad hoc business operations activities from time to time.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Master’s degree in business management, Operations, Analytics, or related experience.
• 0 - 1 year of experience in PC OEMs, Semiconductor Channel Partner & or Business Ops.
• Excellent Advance Excel Skills.
• Salesforce certification is a plus.
• Ability to focus on details, multitasking and perform activities timely with quality output.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn and upskill with tools – AI, CRM, Power BI etc.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Flexible for evening calls (8PM – 11PM IST) for HQ reviews and business calls on a regular basis and/or working in a shift (2:30 PM to 11:30 PM) as needed.
