About the Role

• Full-time, on-site Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) role.
• Based in Hyderabad.
• Support day-to-day plant operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor production processes.
• Assist in process optimization.
• Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Collect and analyze production data.
• Prepare basic reports.
• Troubleshoot routine issues under supervision.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (maintenance, quality, logistics).
• Learn and apply standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support implementation of engineering best practices on the shop floor.
• Understand and follow ISO and other relevant standards.
• Contribute to a culture of safety, efficiency, and accountability.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Willingness to learn relevant engineering or ERP software used in plant operations.

Qualifications

• Completed Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering discipline from a recognized institution.
• Strong fundamental understanding of core engineering concepts, manufacturing processes, and basic design principles.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and standard operating procedures.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect data, identify issues, and propose practical solutions under guidance.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with supervisors, peers, and shop floor teams in a structured industrial environment.
• Demonstrated willingness to work in plant conditions, follow safety protocols, and work in shifts if required.
• High level of curiosity, learning agility, and openness to feedback, with a strong work ethic and sense of responsibility.
• Prior internship or project experience in manufacturing, fabrication, or industrial engineering environments is an advantage but not mandatory.
