About the Role
CorpSecurity International® is seeking organized, detail-oriented, dependable Operations Executives willing to take ownership of tasks. This is an entry-level opportunity for freshers interested in operations, coordination, customer success, HR, recruitment, business support, community management, and lead generation.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute assigned processes and tasks accurately and on time.
- Coordinate with candidates, customers, employees, prospects, and other stakeholders.
- Communicate professionally through email, phone, WhatsApp, and other channels.
- Follow up on pending tasks and ensure timely completion.
- Maintain accurate records, documentation, and trackers.
- Work with CRM systems, spreadsheets, and online business tools.
- Support research, reporting, data management, and process execution.
- Identify issues, missing information, or delays and take appropriate action.
- Support cross-functional business activities as required.

Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management, Business Administration, Commerce, HR, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates only.
- Strong written and verbal English communication.

- Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.
- Good research, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Proactive, reliable, and accountable approach to work.
