Student Internship - Customer Experience Research and Strategy

About the Role

This position supports the Customer Experience Research and Strategy departments. The role involves supporting qualitative and quantitative research studies to understand and measure customer satisfaction, identify customer behaviors and preferences, and develop raw data into actionable insights to improve customer experience and business strategy. Customer Experience Strategy involves developing and implementing strategic planning frameworks, mapping and analyzing customer journeys to enhance user experience, and designing Power BI dashboards to support data-driven decision-making. This role also requires collaboration with teams to improve both customer and employee experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• General research tasks:
• Assist with participant recruitment
• Data input
• Collecting data (qualitative and quantitative)
• Qualtrics platform:
• Develop survey questions
• Build survey instruments
• Create dashboards
• Analyze data
• General strategy tasks:
• Assist with journey mapping initiatives
• Data input and monitoring
• Power BI and Power App:
• Build dashboards
• Data visualizations
• Applications

Requirements & Tech Stack

• MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Qualtrics (preferred)
• Statistical software (preferred)
• Power BI (preferred)

Qualifications

• Education: Must be enrolled in an accredited university as a college undergraduate or a graduate level post-secondary educational program in a related discipline.
• To qualify as a co-op student, enrollment in the university’s co-op program (proof of enrollment required); if not eligible for co-op program (or program unavailable), the student will be considered an intern.
• Required Degree: Bachelor level degree seeking student

• Availability: Part – Time (20-30 hours)
