About Pacr

Pacr is a running app built around the people you run with. Runners use it to track runs, follow AI-built training plans, join squads and clubs, find open runs and run buddies nearby, and share their runs with their crew. We're starting in Bangalore and growing city by city, one running community at a time.

The Role

Our product is built. Now we need the city's running clubs on it. You'll be Pacr's face in Bangalore's running scene: at Cubbon Park at 5:30 AM, at weekend long runs, and in WhatsApp groups. Your job is to turn clubs into active squads on Pacr. You'll work directly with the founder, and what you hear on the ground will shape what we build next.

Key Responsibilities

• Find, reach out to and onboard running clubs, run groups and coaches across Bangalore as squads on Pacr
• Help club leads set up their squad and post their weekly runs as open runs
• Show up at group runs and running events to meet runners and help them get started on the app
• Visit and verify running spots and routes (parks, lakes, tracks) so our map is accurate
• Collect feedback from runners and club leads and bring it back as clear, specific input for the product
• Track your pipeline: clubs contacted, clubs onboarded, weekly active squads
• Spot partnership opportunities with running stores, events, cafés and fitness brands

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Run, or are deeply part of the running or fitness community (any pace welcome)
• Are comfortable starting conversations with strangers and following up without being pushy
• Can be up early: most group runs happen between 5:00 and 7:30 AM, including weekends
• Know Bangalore well and can get around the city on your own
• Are organised: you keep track of who you spoke to, what they said and what's next
• Communicate well in English
• Kannada, Tamil, Telugu or Hindi is a plus

Qualifications

• You're already part of a running club, or have organised runs or events
• You have experience in community management, campus ambassador programmes or field sales
• You're comfortable creating Instagram content around runs and events
