About the Role

We are looking for creatives who can take an idea, develop it into a visual story, and show how it could look and feel on screen. Sometimes you’ll be given a creative direction to develop. Sometimes you’ll come up with the idea yourself.

Key Responsibilities

• Turn scripts and creative directions into visual frames, shot ideas and sequences
• Build moodboards and visual references for advertising films
• Use AI tools to generate images and short video clips that show how a film could look
• Present your ideas clearly to the creative team and revise based on feedback

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Visual thinking, Eye for film and ads (framing, lighting, camera angles, colour)
• Storytelling
• AI creative tools, Prompt writing
• Communication, Openness to feedback
• Basic video editing (Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or CapCut)
• Familiarity with film terms like wide shot, close-up and tracking shot
• Rough sketching or moodboarding

Qualifications

• Self-taught and basic is completely fine.
• Come up with interesting ideas and stories
• Have experimented with AI creative tools on your own
• Are curious and eager to learn

No traditional storyboard background needed. We care more about your ideas and your eye than your degree or years of experience. Freshers are very welcome.
