About the Role

Hooc AI Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and people-oriented HR Intern. This opportunity is ideal for MBA freshers specializing in Human Resources who want practical, hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and talent management in a growing technology company.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and timelines.
• Conduct initial candidate screening and maintain recruitment databases.
• Assist with onboarding, joining formalities, and employee documentation.
• Support employee engagement, attendance tracking, and HR operations.
• Maintain HR records, recruitment trackers, and internal reports.
• Assist in developing HR policies, processes, and employee communication.
• Support employer branding and recruitment initiatives on LinkedIn and other platforms.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• MBA/PGDM fresher specializing in Human Resources or Human Resources Management.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good interpersonal, organizational, and coordination skills.
• Comfortable working in an on-site, fast-paced startup environment.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, job portals, MS Excel, and Google Workspace is preferred.
• Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and a strong sense of responsibility.
