About the Role

The Home Tutor at Tutionverse will provide individualized academic support to students at their homes in Ladwa. This role focuses on curriculum-based learning, exam preparation, and skill-building activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Planning and delivering engaging lessons.
• Assessing student progress.
• Providing regular feedback.
• Adapting teaching methods to suit different learning styles.
• Maintaining clear communication with parents or guardians regarding student performance and learning goals.
• Ensuring a safe, respectful, and motivating learning environment.
• Traveling within Ladwa to students’ homes as required.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Subject matter expertise in relevant school-level subjects (e.g., Mathematics, Science, English, Social Studies).
• Ability to explain concepts clearly.
• Lesson planning skills.
• Classroom or one-on-one management skills.
• Learner engagement skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build trust with students and families.
• Ability to provide constructive feedback.
• Organizational and time-management skills.
• Familiarity with school curricula.
• Familiarity with exam patterns.

• This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ladwa.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a relevant academic discipline.
• Additional teaching certifications or training are a plus.
