About the Role
The HVAC Design Engineer Fresher role is a full-time hybrid position based in Nagpur.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the design of HVAC systems, including load calculations, equipment selection, and layout preparation.
- Prepare drawings and documentation.
- Coordinate basic plumbing interfaces.
- Review designs for compliance with relevant codes and standards.
- Collaborate with technical teams.
- Update design data.
- Contribute to technical reports and knowledge resources.
- Learn and apply best practices in HVAC design, focusing on accuracy, safety, and energy efficiency.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Familiarity with CAD or design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools) is an advantage.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Mechanical Engineering with the ability to apply core concepts to HVAC and thermal systems.
- Ability to perform engineering calculations related to heat load, air flow, and basic fluid dynamics.
- Knowledge of HVAC Design principles, including system types, equipment selection, and layout development.
- Understanding of HVAC and Plumbing coordination in building services and system integration.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or an equivalent discipline.
- Good analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn from technical guidance and field feedback.
- Effective communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site engineering environment.
