Key Responsibilities

• Talk to prospective learners and help them find the right program.
• Make calls, follow up on WhatsApp, and build real conversations.
• Learn consultative selling.
• Maintain daily call reports and track progress.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Personal laptop, spare phone, and stable internet connection (mandatory).
• Work-from-home readiness (disciplined and self-driven).

Qualifications

• Fresh graduate (any stream).
• Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English (non-negotiable).
• Excellent at Career Counselling.
• Comfortable on calls (confident and clear).
• Eager to learn, adapt fast, and take ownership (good to have).
