Role: Corporate Actions - Analyst & Sr. Analyst

Location: Navi Mumbai- Ghansoli

About the Role

The Corporate Actions person is responsible for managing and processing mandatory and voluntary corporate actions, ensuring accurate entitlement calculation, payment processing, and reconciliation. The role requires a deep understanding of capital markets and experience in handling operations for international clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Good knowledge of different types of corporate actions
• Set up and process mandatory and voluntary events
• Process instructions for voluntary corporate actions
• Calculate and post entitlements on Ex-Date / Expiration Date
• Process payments on Payable Date
• Reconcile stock and cash for corporate actions
• Handle corporate action claim processing
• Conduct daily reconciliations
• Ensure SOPs are updated whenever there is a change
• Relevant experience in the reconciliation process
• Knowledge of the impact of TAX and Rate on each event
• Awareness of each important date of Corporate Action (Ex-date, Pay date, record date)
• Ability to manage international client operations

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Good experience on working on MS Excel
• Strong Communication Skills
• Ready to work in any Shift (Rotational Shifts including night shift)
• Immediate or Currently Serving Notice Period (Preferred)
