Growth & Operations Associate

About the Role

Faro Global is hiring a Growth & Operations Associate to work directly with the founder and help grow the business, focusing initially on candidate acquisition for skilled professionals pursuing opportunities in Germany.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the journey from lead to paid enrollment.
• Build relationships, counsel candidates, handle objections, and close enrollments.
• Follow up with new and existing leads consistently.
• Identify inefficiencies, improve processes, and find ways to increase conversions.
• Track performance and work towards a goal of 20 qualified enrollments per month.
• As you grow, take on broader responsibilities across operations, partnerships, and international mobility.

Qualifications
