About the Role
VRT Management Group, LLC is seeking a Human Resource Intern for a 3-month duration, located onsite in Santosh Nagar, Hyderabad.
Key Responsibilities
- Learn the complete hiring process.
- Create master job profiles, defining roles, responsibilities, and 3D job descriptions.
- Understand candidate profiles and psychometric assessments, specifically TriMetrix HD Profiles.
- Craft customized interview questions aligned with job competencies and psychometric assessments.
- Learn job posting and candidate screening techniques.
- Conduct structured interviews and evaluate candidates.
- Draft offer letters and develop onboarding plans.
Qualifications
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
- Enthusiastic and eager to learn about HR processes and practices.
