About the Role

As a full-time Intern at Kearney in Maharashtra, India, you will support consulting teams with research, data analysis, and preparation of client-ready materials. You will assist in gathering and synthesizing quantitative and qualitative information to help address client challenges across industries and functions. You will gain exposure to structured problem-solving, client communication, and the consulting toolkit in a dynamic office environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare presentations
• Create Excel models
• Document key findings
• Contribute to internal knowledge assets
• Collaborate closely with consultants on-site
• Participate in team meetings
• Help ensure project deliverables are completed accurately and on time

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and draw clear, actionable insights
• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
• Comfort working with data, charts, and structured presentations
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present ideas clearly and professionally
• Collaborative mindset, with the ability to work in diverse teams, take initiative, and manage time and priorities in a fast-paced setting
• Current enrollment in a bachelor’s or master’s program in business, economics, engineering, or a related field; strong academic record preferred
• Interest in management consulting, business strategy, and operations, with a willingness to learn and adapt quickly
• High ethical standards, attention to detail, and commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism
