Analista Junior Gestion de Riesgos

About the Role

Isapre Consalud is seeking a Junior Risk Management Analyst to support the implementation and strengthening of the company's Risk Management System. This role will contribute to the identification, evaluation, monitoring, and reporting of operational, strategic, technological, regulatory, and compliance risks, ensuring timely information generation for decision-making and adherence to corporate policies and current regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in the collection and updating of risk and control matrices for various organizational processes.
• Conduct periodic follow-up on action plans derived from risk assessments and incidents.
• Consolidate Key Risk Indicator (KRI) information, support report preparation for committees, management, and senior leadership, and analyze deviations, trends, and alerts associated with defined risk indicators.
• Collaborate in the management and recording of operational incidents, supporting their analysis and follow-up.
• Keep area documentation updated, including methodologies, procedures, matrices, and risk inventories.
• Maintain updated information on risks, controls, and action plans in the corporate GRC platform.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• University Professional Degree in careers such as Business Engineering, Civil Industrial Engineering, Information and Management Control Engineering, Auditor Accountant, Public Administration, or a related field.
• Knowledge in corporate and operational risk management; preparation of risk and control matrices; KRI indicators; data analysis; intermediate-advanced Excel; Power BI (desirable); regulatory and corporate governance; executive report writing.
• 0 to 2 years of experience in similar functions.

Work Details

• Working hours: 40 hours per week.
• Location: Las Condes offices.
• Schedule: Monday to Thursday 08:30 to 18:00, and Friday 08:30 to 13:30.
• Modality: Hybrid (4 days in-office, 1 day work from home).
