Copywriting Intern

About the Role

We are hiring a Content Intern to write ads that convert. You will learn each client's product inside out, then turn it into static ad copy, carousel copy, and scripts for Face-to-Camera (F2C) video ads. Your work will run on live campaigns, and you will see exactly how it performs.

This role is for you if:

• You can make people stop scrolling with one line
• You care about whether an ad works, not just how it reads
• You enjoy learning what makes a customer say yes
• You can write the same idea ten different ways

This role is not for you if:

• You only want to write long-form blogs or articles
• You take edits and feedback personally
• You write before you understand the product

Key Responsibilities

• Understand each client's product, audience, and offer before writing
• Write static ad copy: headlines, primary text, and CTAs
• Write carousel ad copy that tells a story across every card
• Write scripts for Face-to-Camera (F2C) video ads, with strong hooks
• Create multiple variations of each ad for testing
• Study ad performance data with the team and improve your next drafts
• Research competitor ads and travel trends for new angles
• Connect with the Content Strategist for brainstorming sessions

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Strong written English
• Comfort writing in Hinglish for Indian audiences
• An understanding of what makes an ad different from a post
• Ability to write short, sharp, and to the point
• Interest in travel, marketing, and consumer behaviour
• Samples of any ad copy, scripts, or social content you have written are a plus
