AI Developer

Key Responsibilities

• AI Development & Integration
• Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications and automation workflows using tools like OpenAI, Claude (Anthropic), Gemini, and other LLM APIs.
• Build and integrate AI chatbots, virtual assistants, and conversational agents for client websites and internal tools.
• Develop custom AI web applications using frameworks such as React, Next.js, or Python (FastAPI/Flask) with AI backend integrations.
• Stay updated with the latest AI models, APIs, and developer tools and evaluate their relevance for client and agency use cases.
• Prompt Engineering & LLM Optimization
• Design and optimize system prompts, few-shot examples, and chain-of-thought structures for various client use cases.
• Test, evaluate, and iterate on prompt strategies to improve accuracy, tone, and performance of AI outputs.
• Build reusable prompt libraries and internal knowledge bases for AI solutions across projects.
• Automation & Workflow Building
• Build end-to-end automation workflows using tools like n8n, Make (Integromat), or Zapier integrated with AI services.
• Automate repetitive client and agency processes using AI, including reporting, content generation, lead qualification, and data extraction.
• Identify automation opportunities across client workflows and propose AI-powered solutions with measurable business impact.
• Client-Facing AI Solutions
• Collaborate with project managers and clients to understand requirements and translate them into AI product specifications.
• Deliver AI-powered tools such as lead gen bots, AI content systems, AI customer support, and custom GPT solutions for clients.
• Document AI solutions and provide basic training and handover to clients or internal teams.
• Ensure all AI solutions meet client expectations for quality, accuracy, and performance before delivery.
• Reporting & Continuous Learning
• Stay updated with the latest AI tools, models, and APIs and recommend adoption where relevant for the agency and its clients.
• Prepare project update reports and communicate progress to internal stakeholders on a regular basis.
• Participate in internal knowledge sharing sessions and contribute to the agency’s AI capability building.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Experience with OpenAI, Claude (Anthropic), Gemini, and other LLM APIs.
• Experience building AI chatbots, virtual assistants, and conversational agents.
• Familiarity with React, Next.js, or Python (FastAPI/Flask) for AI web application development.
• Experience with automation tools such as n8n, Make (Integromat), or Zapier.
• Proficiency in prompt engineering, including system prompts, few-shot examples, and chain-of-thought structures.
• Familiarity with AI models, APIs, and developer tools.
