Performance Testing Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute performance test plans and test cases based on project requirements.
• Analyze performance test results and provide actionable insights to development teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify performance issues and recommend solutions.
• Monitor application performance in production and provide ongoing support for performance-related issues.
• Stay updated with the latest performance testing tools and best practices to enhance testing processes.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Strong experience in performance testing tools such as LoadRunner, JMeter, or similar.
• Proficient in scripting and automation for performance testing.
• Solid understanding of application architecture and performance metrics.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
