About Kyron Medical
Kyron Medical builds AI tools for healthcare teams, including patient calls, scheduling, insurance verification, and revenue-cycle workflows.
About the Role
You’ll help take over an existing social media workflow, starting with a handoff of our brand voice, content calendar, assets, and publishing process. The role combines writing, design, short-form video, community engagement, and analytics, with LinkedIn as a primary channel. You’ll work with the team to develop ideas, get content reviewed, and keep a consistent publishing schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and maintain a weekly content calendar.
- Write and edit LinkedIn posts, captions, and educational content for healthcare professionals and practice leaders.
- Create graphics, carousels, and short videos using tools such as Canva and CapCut.
- Turn product demos, team insights, industry news, and longer content into social posts.
- Schedule approved content and keep assets organized.
- Monitor comments and messages, respond within agreed guidelines, and route product or sales questions to the right teammate.
- Track reach, engagement, follower growth, and website clicks; share a concise weekly report with ideas to improve.
- Check sources and product claims, use approved materials, and protect patient and customer confidentiality.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Clear writing, strong editing, and an eye for visual storytelling.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and social content formats.
- Experience creating graphics or editing short videos; class projects, personal accounts, and student organization work count.
- Good organization, reliable follow-through, and comfort incorporating feedback.
- Curiosity about healthcare, AI, and startup marketing.
- Prior healthcare experience is not required.
Helpful, but not required
- Experience with content scheduling tools, social analytics, B2B marketing, or translating technical ideas into approachable content.
