About the Role
GroGlobally is a growth-focused digital marketing agency specializing in Instagram growth, brand positioning, and lead generation. This is a remote internship for a Social Media Marketing Intern.
Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day social media activities.
- Plan and create content for platforms such as Instagram and other social channels.
- Assist with content calendars.
- Draft captions.
- Source visuals.
- Schedule posts.
- Monitor engagement.
- Respond to comments.
- Gather insights on audience behavior.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute strategy-led campaigns.
- Track performance metrics.
- Suggest improvements based on data.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Ability to demonstrate core social media skills, including Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation.
- Foundational understanding of broader digital disciplines, such as Digital Marketing and Marketing.
- Strong Communication skills, including clear written communication.
- Comfort using social media management tools, analytics dashboards, or scheduling platforms (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Buffer, or similar).
- Creative mindset with an eye for visual storytelling and brand consistency.
- Interest in learning about influencer marketing, audience psychology, and content performance metrics.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
Qualifications
- Current student or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field is preferred but not required.
