About the Role

As a Data Scientist, you will play a pivotal role in bridging advanced AI capabilities with military and operational needs. Working directly with clients, you will empower personnel to uncover operational challenges, design tailored workflows, and deploy modular applications built and other cutting-edge technologies. You’ll provide clients with real-time solutions to maximize the value of their technology investments, empowering decision-makers to achieve mission success.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deploy workflows, ETL pipelines, and machine learning models on platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake, or Palantir Foundry.
• Provide data wrangling, analytics, visualization, and presentation to client-facing teams.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Programming languages: Python, Java, or SQL.
• Data visualization tools: Tableau or Power BI.
• Platforms: Databricks, Snowflake, or Palantir Foundry.
• Clearance: Secret clearance required.
• Education: HS diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• Experience working in mission-critical, high-pressure environments such as defense operations, healthcare, or financial services settings.
• Experience with client-facing teams providing data wrangling, analytics, visualization, and presentation.
• Ability to design and deploy workflows, ETL pipelines, and machine learning models.

Nice to Have

• Experience working as an embedded technical expert for defense, government, or private-sector clients.
• Experience with predictive modeling, advanced analytics, or data fusion for military or operational environments.
• Foundry Data Engineer or Foundry Application Developer Certification.
