About the Role

A full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. Offers hands-on exposure to industrial sales operations and marketing practices in a professional setting. Encourages learning about industrial markets, sales processes, and operational workflows. Supports learning, collaboration, and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the sales team by assisting with lead generation, customer outreach, and follow-ups.
• Maintain customer records and prepare basic sales reports.
• Coordinate with senior team members.
• Participate in product presentations and training sessions.
• Help organize marketing activities such as campaigns and promotional events.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide service-related information.
• Contribute ideas to improve customer engagement and sales performance.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills.
• Foundational Sales skills and an interest in Sales Management.
• Ability to participate in Training activities, absorb product knowledge, and apply it.
• Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, email tools).
• Ability to prepare simple reports and presentations.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Enrollment in or completion of a degree program in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field is preferred.
