About the Role
- Assist consultants and other stakeholders for US Health and Benefits domain, delivering RFP/Renewal reports to Clients.
- Work on the internal client database tool to update policy information related to US health and benefit plans.
- Provide clients with market insights and a measure of how their benefit programs compare to the competition.
- Deliver reports based on various parameters: premium, claims & Loss ratios.
- Analyze healthcare products information provided by vendors & onshore consultants pertaining to premium, claims, plan attributes.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality administration support for internal and external clients.
- Operate as part of a team under the supervision of Sr. Analysts/Ops Manager.
- Execute projects in-line with SLA requirements, timelines, and quality standards.
- Review plan and proposal documents to create plan designs in the Greater Insight System.
- Ensure timely and accurate service delivery at defined productivity levels.
- Execute issue/query resolution and ensure proper documentation & follow-up.
- Identify, share, and support operational improvements.
- Collaborate with peers at Aon to understand methodologies and follow processes.
- Enhance technical skills and personal effectiveness through training and education.
- Bridge the communication gap between onshore consultants and insurance vendors.
- Manage client/shared mailboxes.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Basic Knowledge of MS Excel: text functions, math functions, statistical functions (AVERAGE, COUNT), logical functions (IF, OR), and lookups.
- Basic Knowledge of Excel functions: (LEFT, LEN), math functions (SUM, PRODUCT).
- Well-versed with basic tool functionalities for creating, editing, and formatting PowerPoint presentations.
- VBA macros knowledge.
- Stakeholder Management.
Qualifications
- Graduate (Except technical graduates).
- Business communication skills: email and conference calls.
- Fluent with English language, capable of communicating thoughts and ideas verbally coherently and confidently, and in writing.
- Flexible, keen on taking initiatives, accountable, and have a collaborative approach.
- Self-Driven & analytical bend of Mind.
- Problem Solving Skills.
- Working style: Hybrid.

- Shift Time: 12 PM to 9 PM.
