About the Role

Morgan Stanley Wealth Management (MSWM) is seeking a full-time entry-level Performance Analyst to join the Fiduciary Consulting Group (FCG) in Greenwood Village, Colorado. FCG is the Institutional RIA business, focused on consulting for institutional assets.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct client & consultant support
• Client performance reporting
• Data integration & reconciliation with outside parties
• Recordkeeping and investment expense evaluation & benchmarking
• Client vendor management
• Asset class, macroeconomic, and industry research

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Undergraduate degree required.
• Microsoft Office products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) proficiency.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work 40+ hours when business needs dictate.

• Independent Thinker: Capable of critical thinking, processing new information, and working autonomously under tight deadlines.
• Professional and Personable: Comfortable interacting and presenting in various environments, including with clients and investment managers.
• Ambitious: Long-term interest in growth opportunities within the business divisions or broader Morgan Stanley organization.
• Experience with investment and financial analysis platforms such as Bloomberg, eVestment, and Morningstar Direct is preferred.
• Desire to progress towards the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation (if not already attained).
