About the Role
The Analyst - Tech Consulting role is part of EY Consulting's Technology Consulting service line, focused on transforming businesses through people, technology, and innovation. This position is based in Mumbai, within the National team, which comprises sector-agnostic teams working across industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on experience in SAP Ariba CA and CIG, with practical exposure in core implementation or support activities.
- Manage AMS operations, including issue analysis, incident resolution, and support coordination across SAP environments.
- Handle SAP SR processes, focusing on troubleshooting and service request management.
- Gain exposure to SAP Ariba upstream components, CPI, or SAP MM to support procurement and integration workflows.
- Analyze and resolve application issues within enterprise SAP landscapes.

Qualifications
- MBA or MS or BSC or MSC or BE or BTECH
