Engineer

About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site Engineer role based in Chennai. The Engineer will work on designing, developing, and improving technical systems, components, or products aligned with the company’s innovation goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Reviewing engineering specifications
• Participating in technical analysis
• Supporting testing and validation
• Preparing documentation
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams such as production, quality, and operations
• Troubleshooting issues
• Proposing design or process improvements
• Ensuring compliance with relevant safety and performance standards
• Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives
• Supporting timely project execution

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Proficiency in engineering design and analysis tools (such as CAD software, simulation tools, or similar)
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Experience or familiarity with product development, testing, and validation processes
• Experience with problem-solving and root-cause analysis

Qualifications

• Relevant engineering degree (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Automotive, or related discipline)
• Solid foundation in core engineering principles
• Strong organizational, documentation, and time-management skills
• Clear verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work on-site in Chennai
• Ability to collaborate in a team environment
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, innovation-driven workplace
• Prior experience in manufacturing, automotive, or technology-driven industries is an advantage
• Knowledge of relevant safety and quality standards is an advantage
