Role Overview

We’re seeking a Cloud Support Intern who is passionate about learning cloud technologies and providing technical support for cloud-based systems. You’ll assist our IT and cloud teams in maintaining, monitoring, and troubleshooting cloud infrastructure to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in monitoring cloud infrastructure for performance, security, and uptime.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for cloud applications and services.
• Collaborate with IT teams to resolve customer and internal queries efficiently.
• Help in documenting support activities, incidents, and resolutions.
• Assist in deploying and configuring cloud services.
• Support process improvements in cloud operations and management.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Basic understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
• Familiarity with networking, servers, and IT fundamentals.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Good communication skills and willingness to learn.

Preferred/Bonus Skills

• Knowledge of cloud security concepts and best practices.
• Exposure to scripting (Python, Bash, or PowerShell).
• Understanding of virtual machines, storage, and cloud databases.
• Familiarity with IT ticketing systems and monitoring tools.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or completed Bachelor’s in Computer Science, IT, or related fields.
• Final-year students and freshers are welcome.

Duration: 3 Months

Timing: Flexible (Part-time, ~3 hours/day)

Stipend: Unpaid
