This is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India.

Key Responsibilities

• Handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
• Resolving service-related issues.
• Coordinating with internal teams to address customer concerns.
• Maintaining detailed records of interactions.
• Monitoring customer satisfaction.
• Providing basic technical support related to logistics services.
• Following up on open tickets to ensure closure.
• Gathering customer feedback to help improve processes.
• Participating in regular team meetings to align on service standards.

Qualifications

• Ability to provide high-quality Customer Support and maintain strong Customer Satisfaction.
• Experience delivering Online Support and professional Customer Service through multiple communication channels.
• Capability to offer basic Technical Support related to logistics, warehousing, or supply chain services.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with clear and courteous interaction styles.
• Good problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple inquiries efficiently.
• Comfort working in an on-site environment in Delhi, India, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Prior experience in logistics, supply chain, or related customer-facing roles is an advantage.
• Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, or a related field is preferred.
