Entry Level Recruiter

About the Role

Brooksource, an Eight Eleven Group company, provides human capital solutions to the Information Technology industry. This role focuses on building talent networks and sourcing/screening qualified candidates for Fortune 500 clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the sales team to determine client hiring needs.
• Develop strategies to identify niche-skilled candidates.
• Qualify candidates through an intensive internal interview process (phone, in-person, virtual).
• Assess applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience.
• Provide resume coaching, mock interviewing, job offer assistance, and interview feedback to candidates.
• Handle daily activities, new problems, and new ventures.
• Provide extensive onboarding and post-placement support to consultants.
• Consistently meet weekly metric goals for phone calls, interviews, and placements.
• Set personal and team goals through regular sessions with management.
• Perform other job duties as assigned or typical for the position.
