Odoo Techno-Functional Consultant Intern

About the Role

Infintor is seeking ambitious candidates for a 6-Month Odoo Techno-Functional Consultant Internship Program. This program provides intensive, hands-on training in Odoo ERP, covering business process mapping, custom technical configuration, and live client implementations.

Key Responsibilities

• Requirement Mapping & Documentation: Analyze client processes, map them to Odoo workflows, and assist with BRDs and process flowcharts.
• System Configuration & Prototyping: Build workflow prototypes in Odoo to solve business-specific use cases.
• Custom Development or Functional Specialization: Depending on skills, specialize in backend/frontend Odoo coding and customization, or focus deeper on functional consulting, workflow design, and module testing.
• Client Engagement & Training: Conduct coaching sessions, deliver functional training, and prepare client-ready user manuals.
• Content Creation & Thought Leadership: Produce "How-To" guides, module walkthrough videos, case studies, and blogs on ERP trends.
• Pre-Sales & Ecosystem Awareness: Assist sales teams with product demos and stay updated on the latest Odoo features and modules.
• Product Awareness: Stay updated on Odoo releases, new features, and ecosystem plugins.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Any Bachelor's Degree.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
• Strong analytical thinking and quick learning ability.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Clear long-term career focus in ERP consulting.
• Core Odoo functional workflows (CRM, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, HRMS).
• Technical environment setup (Ubuntu, PostgreSQL, Git, XML views, basic ORM logic).

6-Month Program Structure

• Foundations & Core Setup: Learn core Odoo functional workflows and technical environment setup.
• Track Specialization & Live Projects: Shadow senior consultants, participate in FRD analysis, build prototype workflows, and contribute to module coding or functional verification and documentation.
• Execution & Client Delivery: Assist in pre-sales, deliver user training sessions, support UAT, create client-ready user manuals, and author technical/industry content.

Terms & Career Path

• Stipend: This is an experience- and learning-intensive internship program; no financial stipend is provided.
• Frequent Evaluations: Candidate progress and program continuation will be based on periodic assessments and performance reviews.
• Career Opportunity: Completion of the internship does not guarantee a job offer. However, exceptional performers will be fast-tracked for full-time Odoo Techno-Functional Consultant roles at Infintor.
