About the Role
- Job Location: Bangalore
- Joining: 30 days or less
Key Responsibilities
- Build Kibana dashboards, service maps, and alerts.
- Implement Elastic Machine Learning for anomaly detection, forecasting, and log categorization.
- Apply AIOps practices including event correlation, alert noise reduction, root cause analysis, and automated remediation.
- Integrate with ITSM tools like ServiceNow or PagerDuty.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Strong understanding of observability concepts: logs, metrics, traces, SLOs/SLIs, and alerting.
- Working knowledge of OpenTelemetry.
- Experience with Any Enterprise APM for standardized instrumentation and ECS-based data modeling.
- Experience with Elastic Machine Learning.
- Knowledge of AIOps practices.
- Experience with ITSM tools like ServiceNow or PagerDuty.
Qualifications
- Good to have: exposure to AI for observability, including LLMs, RAG, vector/semantic search, and Elastic AI Assistant for Observability.
